I’m participating in the “Advanced Workshop on Domain Name Resolution”, organized by the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center, at WIPO HQ in Geneva, Switzerland.

.- April, 2009:

I’m honored to be invited to join as Arbitrator the Spanish Arbitration Court within the Executive Council of the Chambers of Commerce, Industry and Navigation of Spain.

.- January, 2009:

On the 2009 “European Data Protection Day” Madrid’s Data Protection Agency invites me to participate in the events arranged for the day by giving a lecture on social networks and privacy protection in a city public school.

.- December, 2008:

The" Independent Centre for Privacy Protection Schleswig-Holstein" (please see 'August 2008' below), just gave me notice that I have as well fulfilled mandatory requirements to get accredited as ‘technical expert’ within the European Privacy Seal program.

.- November, 2008:

Madrid’s Data Protection Agency, just published its quarterly pubication: “ dataprotectionreview.eu ” in which I publish an article over Google’s ongoing “disagreements” with the European Union’s article 29 working party (**).

(**) The Art.29 WP is an independent advisory panel of data protection chiefs from all the member states of the EU.

.- August, 2008:

The" Independent Centre for Privacy Protection Schleswig-Holstein" (Unabhängiges Landeszentrum für Datenschutz, ULD *), just gave me notice that I have fulfilled mandatory requirements to get accredited as ‘legal expert’ within the EuroPriSe program.

I’m participating in a two day workshop in Kiel, (Hamburg - Germany), in order to get accredited within the European Privacy Seal (EuroPriSe) program.
