Hello world!

Well… it’s finally here! It’s been many months since I started toying around with the idea of a personal blog… and I finally came up with the nerve to actually launch it!

The main purpose of this weblog is, at this time, to force/discipline myself to write on a sort of regular basis. If, in the process, someone gets any useful insight on any topic that might came up here, all the better.

July 7th. (San Fermín) is a very special date for my family, so I’m extremely happy to be starting this personal project on this date. I would like to dedicate this first post to all the ‘Fermines’ in my life: my son Miguel-Fermín, my brother Fermín-José and of course to my dear Grandfather Fermín… (Yaya I know you’re watching… this is but of course for you too!).

Please bear with me in the following months… hopefully we’ll have some fun and even learn something along the way.

Update: (07/VII/2006, minutes after the first post was actually ‘posted’…)

Due to the first ‘kind’ complaints received… I’m extending my thoughts on this first post as well to Eva my very dear wife, to my parents, to my sister Nana and as well to the rest of the family! You all know who you are…
